Welcome to the LGA page! The Quail Hollow Lady's Golf Association (LGA) is open to all female QHCC golf members.  We are a fun, competitive, social and active part of your Quail Hollow membership. Our league events are held on Tuesdays and our major events are held on the weekends.  We hope that you will want to be an active part of our Association!

2014 LGA TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

LGA Lady Quail (Two-Ladies)

May 18, Sunday / 8:30 am SG / Meal: Lunch / Entry Fee: $45

The sign up sheet is located in the ladies locker room on the tournament board. Sign up as a two-person team. The format is a two-person, net stableford points with 90% GHIN handicap. The front nine will be combined points and the back nine will be one best ball net points. The total high point score wins! Maximum handicap for this event is (40) before the 90%.

LGA Two-Ladies Match Play Championship

Begins May 27, Tuesday / Cost: $25

Sign up as a team or as an individual and we will attempt to pair you up. This event is a single elimination two-woman match play using 90% of your handicap. There is only one flight in this tournament and seeding will be done by a random draw. Matches will be 18 holes and each round will be played in a three-week interval. Scores will not count towards POY points or be posted as a tournament score. You may play your match during Tuesday league play but will not be eligible for the weekly prize. Opponents are responsible for setting their own tee times for each round and each match must be played by the designated deadline. If two opponents cannot agree on a time and date for their match, the Committee assigned tee time will be on Tuesday of the deadline date during league play. If one team does not show, an automatic forfeit of that team will occur.

LGA Member / Member

June 8, Sunday / 8:30 am SG / Meal: Heavy Appetizers / Cost: $40

This event is open only to LGA members. Sign-up sheet is located in the ladies locker room on the tournament information board. Sign up as a two-person team and the Tournament Committee will pair you with another twosome. The format is a two-person, best ball, 90% GHIN handicap. The maximum individual handicap for this event is (40) before the 90%.

LGA Member / Guest

July 25, Friday / 8:30 am SG / Meal: Lunch / Entry Fee: TBA

This event is open to all LGA Members and their Guests. Sign ups will be taken by entry forms with a check sent to the LGA Member / Guest Committee.

LGA Handicap Championship

August 3, Sun / 8:30 am SG / Meal: Heavy Appetizers / Entry Fee: $40

This event is open to all LGA members. The sign-up sheet is located in the ladies locker room on the tournament board. The format is an individual net stroke play event using 100% of your handicap. The maximum GHIN handicap for this event is (40). The Tournament Committee makes all pairings. 

LGA Club Championship

Aug 23 - 24, Sat & Sun / AM Tee Times / Meal: Sunday Reception Party / Entry Fee: $45

This event is open to all LGA members. Sign up as an individual.  Pairings and flights are based on your handicap.  Format is stroke play over 36 holes.

LGA Shark Shoot-Out

September 21, Sunday / 12:00 pm Start / Meal: No

The top ten POY point winners from LGA designated tournaments will compete in a 9-hole shoot-out. Come and join in the fun, cheer for your favorite player and enjoy an afternoon with your friends as we crown the Player of the Year!
